S Shantha Kumari
S Shantha Kumari is a senior consultant, Gynaecologist and Obstetrician and a specialist in Laparoscopy Surgery. She carries with her a wealth of experience coming from her excellent academic career and a vast clinical experience.
She is the current President of FOGSI and the Treasurer of FIGO. She is also the Chair of FIGO Publications Management Board (PMB) of International Journal of Gynecology and Obstetrics.
She is the editor of Chronicles of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, Clinics of FOGSI – Adenomyosis and Thyroid in Pregnancy and has also edited numerous FOGSI Focus books in topics like Vaginal Surgery, Non-Obstetric Emergencies in Obstetrics, Cancer Cervix Elimination, Fertility Issues in Next Decade and Nutrition in Pregnancy.
