Dr. Pratik Tambe
Pratik Tambe, MD FICOG is an ART consultant and Gynaec Endoscopic Surgeon. He holds a Diploma in Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery from France and has trained in Assisted Reproduction in Belgium and Clinical Embryology in the UK and Singapore.
He is currently the Chairperson, AMOGS Endocrinology Committee and Governing Council Member. He has served as a Chairperson, FOGSI Endocrinology Committee and Managing Council Member for MOGS, MSR and IAGE and been a mentor for the MOGS Youth Council for several years.
He is a peer reviewer for the Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology of India and has edited 6 books, 3 FOGSI Focuses, 5 newsletters and contributed numerous articles and chapters to several publications country-wide. He has organised over 200 CMEs nationwide and spoken on more than 300 occasions at national and international events.
He has been a recipient of 14 MOGS, 4 FOGSI Prizes and Awards and 8 best scientific paper presentation prizes including the MOGS Dr NA Purandare Prize, MOGS Dr SD Upasani Prize (twice), MOGS Dr Duru Shah Best Committee Member Award (thrice), FOGSI Dr CS Dawn Prize, FOGSI Dr KumudTamaskar Best Thesis Prize, FOGSI Dr NimishShelat Research Award and the FOGSI Best Publication Award 2018.
